Why It’s Time to Stop Hitting Snooze on This Crisis
The Critical Information Every American Needs to Know
If you haven’t heard, Margarita Simonyan, head of RT, just admitted on live TV to orchestrating a highly successful propaganda campaign in the United States. She made this confession after her company (RT) was caught by the Department of Justice, which discovered they had paid millions of dollars to influential Americans to spread propaganda to create division among the American people.
I’ll include a video clip below where she admits to this so you can see it for yourself.
Margarita stated that she is one of Vladamir Putin’s “soldiers” and claimed that her guerrilla warfare campaign was so successful—garnering 14 billion views—that it finally caught the attention of U.S. authorities. She boasted that her covert disinformation efforts outperformed major news networks like BBC and CNN.
Chances are, you don’t watch Russian TV—and I don’t blame you—but I do to keep an eye on what they’re saying. RT is fully controlled by the Kremlin and remains one of their most effective propaganda machines, brainwashing millions of people around the world. Tuning in makes it clear just how their propaganda operates. These Kremlin-controlled media outlets laugh and joke about how stupid Americans are for believing their propaganda — highlighting how easy it is to manipulate us, fueling division. The more we fight amongst ourselves, the harder they laugh, and that’s precisely why I’m writing this.
I hate seeing my country get mocked and laughed at by people who are openly trying to destroy it.
Although we may have two political parties, we share one economy, one infrastructure, one set of laws, and one army that protects us all. We also rely on the same public services—like healthcare, education, and emergency response systems—and the same natural resources, such as clean air, water, and land, that sustain our daily lives. In other words, regardless of our political affiliation, we succeed or fail as a team.
Here’s what every American needs to know. Former KGB officer Yuri Bezmenov explained the situation clearly — read it carefully because he’s talking about you and your family:
“The main emphasis of the KGB is not in the area of intelligence at all. Only about 15% of time, money, and manpower is spent on espionage as such. The other 85% is a slow process which we call either ideological subversion, active measures, or psychological warfare—what it basically means is to change the perception of reality of every American to such an extent that despite the abundance of information, no one is able to come to sensible conclusions in the interest of defending themselves, their families, their community, and their country.”
Both the Soviet Union and modern-day Russia have long maintained that they can defeat America (Democrats and Republicans) without firing a single shot. To expand on Yuri Bezmenov’s quote above, their strategy of active measures aims to destabilize our society from within by spreading divisive propaganda. This is achieved by bribing influential figures with irresistible amounts of money, influencing educational systems, and infiltrating US media and government entities. They pay exorbitant sums to anyone willing to prioritize personal gain over national interests. This is particularly scary because, as we know, most people have a price tag. This isn’t a secret either, nor is it a new tactic. It’s been happening for decades, and now, it seems to be reaching a critical point — as if the Kremlin’s long-term investments are finally starting to pay off.
If you haven’t noticed, there are quite a few high-level government officials in the United States who are known for regularly promoting Russian propaganda. It would be naïve to believe that they’re supporting a genocidal dictator voluntarily.
This isn’t just a problem for Republicans or Democrats—it’s for every American.
Don’t forget who bailed Donald Trump out in the 2000s when he was blacklisted by US banks after filing for multiple bankruptcies.
“Russians make up a pretty disproportionate cross-section of a lot of our assets,” - Donald Trump Jr., 2008
“We see a lot of money pouring in from Russia.” - Donald Trump Jr., 2008
Do you remember how Elon Musk initially responded to Putin after he invaded Ukraine? If not, he tweeted that he wanted to fistfight Vladimir Putin (bizarre but true). Around the same time, he announced that he would send free Starlink systems to Ukraine to help them fight against the Russians.
Guess what happened after a Russian individual with a popular podcast in the United States got Elon Musk on a phone call with Vladimir Putin? He decided to cancel the free Starlink deal, and ever since then, he’s been regularly tweeting Russian propaganda and posting memes, making fun of Ukraine, a country that is being brutally attacked by a ruthless dictator — with innocent civilians being viciously targeted and killed on a daily basis.
I don’t know how much you have to pay someone to make fun of innocent civilians being slaughtered every single day, but apparently, there must be a price tag.
In the same ways the CEOs of companies like Manscaped and Bang Energy pay exorbitant amounts of money to influencers to popularize their products, Vladimir Putin is paying influential people to give credibility to his evil propaganda and ruthless regime. And it’s working.
Putin isn’t just killing hundreds of thousands of people in Ukraine because he’s an evil person—though that’s certainly true—there’s much more going on behind the scenes. If you’re ever in the mood to go down a rabbit hole on the topic, I posted an in-depth article on August 27th. Just a heads-up—it’s a 41-minute read, but it’s pretty informative and offers a unique perspective. I’ll link that article right here.
I don’t understand how so many Americans fail to connect the dots. All you have to do is listen to what Russia is openly saying and watch what they’ve been doing for decades. They admit, almost daily, that their goal is to destroy America. They openly discuss their strategy to manipulate us and plan to continue doing so until we collapse as a country—according to them. While we are distracted, bickering with each other like children over their outlandish propaganda, they continue laughing at us and working to undermine our government institutions.
Last night, during the presidential debate, when Trump suggested that the “Russian hoax” is a conspiracy against him, he was pretty creative in how he framed it to the American people. In reality, he’s referring to the fact that the Department of Justice couldn’t confirm that money directly changed hands between Russia and Trump, which is nearly impossible to prove. If you believe billionaires don’t know how to move money off the books, that’s an incredibly naïve assumption. If you’re unfamiliar, the Mueller investigation did uncover that Trump’s team had several meetings with Russian agents before the 2016 election. But the way Trump frames it, he makes it seem as though the U.S. government is untrustworthy, when in fact, he did take confidential meetings with high-level Russian agents. I would like to remind you that this hostile nation openly and constantly discusses wanting to destroy America.
I hate to say it, but we’re being outmaneuvered by Russia right now—on a massive scale. It would be an absolute shame to let one evil old man (Putin) destroy our amazing country. This is completely unacceptable to me, and I hope it is to you too. If you agree, please share this article with your friends and family to help them recognize and avoid Russian propaganda. This isn’t just a national security issue; it’s a mental health issue. These disinformation campaigns push conspiracy theories through popular US content creators, drawing our attention to highly charged political issues and causing people to become outraged, constantly debating nonsensical topics fueled by propaganda. With RT’s Margarita Simonyan boasting about her propaganda efforts getting 14 billion views in just 12 months, someone you know has likely been targeted by this mental warfare campaign. Far too many people are hitting the snooze button on this critical issue, and Russia is laughing at us for not being smart enough to realize what’s going on.
What’s the solution? We need to become more informed. Propaganda doesn’t work on informed people. In today’s world, a simple command to AI can deliver truthful answers in a matter of seconds. Additionally, any politician—Democrat or Republican—peddling Russian propaganda needs to be voted out of office urgently. Likewise, influencers being paid to promote Russian propaganda that justifies a bloody genocide must be held accountable. If this isn’t common sense, I don’t know what is.

Thanks for your concise and informative reporting. I often wondered if Russia was responsible for Qanon. We also know that Russia is expert at trapping and blackmailing naive American citizens, like the Trumps and Kushner. God knows what they have on Musk.
Intelligent journalism is becoming difficult to find- I’m subscribing to you now. Please keep reporting on Russian interference 😎
