I read that some of Putin's financial experts are telling him there isn't money, the factories are outdated and can't produce and that it is only a matter of time before the economy collapses. People that are his flying monkeys are speaking up.

It’s definitely high, but I haven’t seen any credible polling at 97%. Current numbers are more like 65 to 75%.
